The worlds of show business and haute couture have come together yet again. The band Moving Heroes is working with the famous Russian fashion designer Leonid Alexeev. It was he who created the ultramodern costumes for the band’s new video for the song “Life is Hard.”

“This is the song we wanted to use to show our rebel spirit. Life is a struggle and we wanted to express this not just through the music but through visuals as well,” Elan and Jenier tell us. “We feel that what Leonid created is a work of art!”

The premiere of the new video will take place soon, but long before that these unusual outfits were shown on the catwalk of the international Aurora Fashion Week.

“The union of the band’s artistic concept with the idea of expressing this concept with the help of costumes was truly interesting and engrossing. I should mention that the musicians themselves participated heavily in our collaborative artistic sacrament,” confesses the designer.

Indeed, the studio Leonid Alexeev Design is very experienced in developing and technically controlling the manufacture of clothing of any degree of complexity, as well as in creating unique concepts. It’s noteworthy that in 2009 Leonid Alexeev was named the winner in the Designer of the Year category of GQ magazine.
